The entire platform runs at Hetzner in Falkenstein/Nuremberg (DE) — managed via Elestio (IE). Encrypted daily backup in Hetzner Object Storage (S3-compatible) in Helsinki (FI), 30-day retention. No pupil data crosses the Atlantic.

The Data Processing Agreement is ready to sign with the contract — including sub-processor list and DPIA template.
No AI training on pupil data
We send pseudonymised text (“Pupil A”) to EU endpoints and store neither prompts nor responses for training.
