Who owns the content after publication?

The publisher. We get a non-exclusive licence to distribute the material to the councils the publisher has approved.

How is liability for errors handled?

The publisher is the editorial owner and bears editorial liability (DSA Art. 6). We are a hosting service and remove material immediately after documented notice-and-action.

Can we import an existing catalogue?

Yes. Use Publisher Import (XML/JSON) or Smart URL Import for HTML-based content. Series and volume structure is preserved — we create per-lesson metadata automatically.

How many councils can a series be distributed to?

Unlimited. You choose per lesson via content_share — one school, one council, a selection of councils or the whole platform. Royalty settled per distributed licence.
