These terms and conditions ("Terms") govern your use of mystudent.ai ("the Platform", "we", "us"). By using the Platform, you accept these Terms.
1. Service Description
mystudent.ai is an online learning platform operated by SkoleElev ApS (Danish company reg. no. 37842516), Rølkjær 4, 6600 Vejen, Denmark. The Platform offers personalised education to pupils from primary to sixth form and includes learning material, assignments, AI-powered feedback and progress tracking.
2. User Creation
To use the Platform, you must create an account. You warrant that the information you provide is correct and complete.
3. Subscription and Payment (private access only)
For private access (families without a school link), a subscription costs £24.99 per month per pupil after the free trial. You can cancel at any time. Schools and councils are billed separately under an institutional agreement, and parents and pupils at these institutions pay nothing.
4. Rules of Use
You may not share your account with others or use the Platform for illegal purposes.
5. Intellectual Property Rights
All content on the Platform is protected by copyright and belongs to mystudent.ai.
6. AI and Automatic Feedback
The Platform uses artificial intelligence to generate tasks and provide feedback. AI-generated content is indicative.
7. Data Protection
We process personal data in accordance with our privacy policy and applicable law, including GDPR.
8. Availability
We strive to keep the Platform available 24/7 but cannot guarantee uninterrupted operation.
9. Limitation of Liability
mystudent.ai is provided "as is". We do not guarantee that the Platform meets all your needs or is error-free.
10. Changes
We may change these Terms with reasonable notice.
11. Termination
We may terminate your account in case of material breach of these Terms.
