We use your data to deliver personalised learning content, provide feedback, improve the platform and communicate with you.

Our processing of personal data is based on consent, contract performance and legitimate interest.
5. Sharing of Data
We never sell your personal data. We only share data with technical partners and authorities if legally required.

We use industry standards to protect your data, including encryption and secure storage in the EU/UK.

You have the right to access, rectification, deletion, data portability and objection.

We treat children's data with extra care and require parental consent for children under 13.

11. AI processing
The platform uses AI for feedback, task suggestions, read-aloud and analytics. Pupil data is pseudonymised before it is sent to an AI model — the model sees e.g. “Pupil A” and never a name, national ID or contact details. We only use AI providers with EU data processing and Zero Data Retention, so prompts and responses are not stored by the provider and are never used to train models. AI output is always a suggestion: a teacher or member of staff makes the final decision, and no automated decisions with legal effect for the pupil are made, cf. GDPR art. 22. 12. Changes to this Policy
We may update this privacy policy.
13. Complaints
You have the right to complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO).
