Our engine scans weekly and at end of term and surfaces 3–8 strong candidates. The pupil keeps or hides — nothing is overwritten.

Export 'My Learning Journey' as a PDF, or share a revocable read-only link with grandparents, a mentor, or sixth-form admissions.
How the auto-suggestions work

We read your child's work
Assignments, writing, drawings, voice recordings, books, podcasts, films, badges and subjects with strong progress — all scanned locally and without names.

Each signal gets a score
Mark >= 80%, rich teacher feedback, long independent writing, finished creative projects or notable progress in a subject all score highest.

The best land in 'Suggestions'
Weekly up to 3 new. At term-end up to 8 — with a reminder in December and June. Never duplicates, never overwrites what the pupil has already kept.

The pupil keeps or hides
One tap per card. Hidden suggestions never come back. Kept items move to 'Highlights' and can be enriched with a reflection.
Privacy, consent and sharing
The portfolio is owned by the pupil and is private by default. Share links are time-limited and can be revoked at any time. Under 13s require parental consent for both AI personalisation and any public sharing.

Frequently asked questions
When do you send suggestions?+
Every Monday morning up to 3 new suggestions. At term end (15 December and 1 June) up to 8 — with a small reminder on the pupil's dashboard.
Can I share with grandparents?+
Yes. The pupil (or a parent for under 13s) creates a read-only link — the recipient's device doesn't need an account. The link can be revoked at any time.
Does the school take the portfolio if we move?+
No. The portfolio follows the pupil. PDF export and share links also work without an active school membership.
