Substitute access — today's plan, nothing more
A substitute must be able to walk into the classroom and teach right away, but should not have access to the school's entire data. Substitute access grants the plan, class and period needed — and closes again when the cover ends.
Today's plan first
The substitute lands straight on the lesson content, materials and the teacher's notes.
Time-limited
Access lasts as long as the cover does, and closes automatically afterwards.
The right class only
Access is granted per class and group — not to the whole school.
Sensitive content hidden
Pupil notes, interventions and wellbeing cases are not part of the substitute's view.
Attendance can be recorded
The substitute can take attendance and leave a short note for the class teacher.
Access is logged
The school can see who had access to which class and when.
Granted in a minute
The office creates access the same morning the sick note arrives.
No shared logins
Each substitute has their own access, so shared passwords are a thing of the past.
In the classroom
The office
Assigns the substitute to the class and access follows.
The substitute
Sees today's plan and materials without system training.
Class teacher
Gets a short note on how the lesson went.
