Goal-loop · Quality programme

Quality programme with a live goal tree

Bring the school's quality goals, indicators and initiatives together — from the municipality's overarching aims all the way down to the class and the pupil. Goals, initiatives and status are linked, so the quality report writes itself.

Five-level goal tree

Municipality → school → team → class → pupil. Every goal has a measurable indicator, owner and status.

Initiatives library

Each initiative links to one or more goals — so you can always answer 'what are we doing to reach it?'

Automatic roll-up

Class daily goals, pupil resilience checks and learning-circle output roll up to school and municipality level.

Quality-report ready CSV

Export the whole goal tree with status by date — ready for the quality report, board meeting or municipality.

Access & roles

School leadership edits, coaches propose, municipality sees across schools — all under the school's access policy.

Indicators that measure

Each goal requires at least one numeric or qualitative indicator. Empty goals never make it into the report.

In the classroom

From aim to practice

The municipality sets 'stronger reading literacy'. School, team and class translate it into concrete sub-goals.

Status once a month

The owner marks progress; the roll-up keeps leadership informed without extra meetings.

Board meeting

Export the live goal tree as CSV/PDF and use it as a governance document.

For school leadership and for the municipality

For school leadership

The programme is the quality report in living form. Every initiative has an owner, a deadline and a link to at least one goal. Leadership sees where there is progress, where things have stalled and where a specific learning circle or daily-goal rhythm is already delivering on the aim.

  • Direct link to the A20 annual plan: planned initiatives already count in the teacher norm
  • The leadership team's concern board points to the goals that are slipping
  • Learning-circle outputs are published automatically in the knowledge hub
For the municipality

The municipality sees every school's goal tree side by side under one aim. Filter by year group, subject and initiative type, and document the cascade from political level to classroom — without asking schools to fill in another spreadsheet.

  • Quality-report ready CSV per school or across all
  • Wellbeing, resilience and academic progress roll up without manual entry
  • Initiatives can be shared — one school writes, all benefit

Research base

The quality programme is grounded in international and Danish research on goal management, distributed leadership and quality work in primary education.
