Four learning styles, four focus intervals
Based on the VARK model, we adapt focus intervals to each pupil's primary learning style.
Visual
Visual pupils learn best with images, diagrams and colours. They can maintain focus for longer periods but need visual breaks.

Auditory
Auditory pupils learn through sound and conversation. Intensive listening tires them faster, so they need slightly shorter focus periods.
