Can both teachers and parents create arrangements?
Yes. Teachers, school admins and parents can create arrangements from their messaging inbox.
Can we order food through the platform?
You add dishes with price and max quantity and each family picks. You get a tallied list to send to the canteen or caterer — actual payment happens outside the system.
How are allergies and GDPR handled?
Allergies are stored on the individual RSVP and are visible only to the organiser and school admin. They are deleted together with the arrangement.
Can replies change after the deadline?
Parents can edit their reply until the RSVP deadline you set. After the deadline a friendly note is shown instead.
