How it works

What's in the module
Pupils snap their handwritten work. EXIF rotation is handled correctly, the image is downscaled to 1600 px and sent securely for AI analysis.
Multi-page PDFs, e.g. from a scanner. The first page renders as a preview while the full document is sent for AI review.
Pupils can record a short spoken explanation. Whisper transcribes, GPT-4o assesses the academic content.
The AI suggests which open assignment the submission belongs to. The pupil confirms with one tap — or leaves it as portfolio work.
Classmates' names, national IDs and emails are scrubbed before text reaches an AI model. Complies with the school's data-processing agreement.
Teachers get a draft feedback note and a rubric score — never a final grade. The teacher always decides.
Personal data about classmates is scrubbed before anything reaches the AI. Files live in EU Supabase Storage with signed links. Teachers only see submissions from their own classes — per-school access control.
