Add your after-school offerings once — morning, afternoon, holiday — with monthly price, capacity and validity window. The rest of the system, from enrolment to invoicing, draws automatically from here. Versioning ensures legacy enrolments keep the old price as required by relevant statutory guidance.
Price in DKK per month
Set the monthly price directly. It flows through invoicing, parent overview and reports.
Capacity per module
Set a cap. When it's hit, new enrolments go straight to the waitlist — automatically.
Validity window
Set 'effective from' and 'effective to' — holiday programs and annual module shifts run themselves.
Active toggle
Pause a module without losing the history. Enrolled children still appear in reports.
Versioning
New price next year? Create a new version — existing enrolments keep the old price until cancellation.
Ready for the invoice flow
Price × active enrolments × month. Ready for the internal accounting export.
How to set it up
- 1. Go to School → After-school → Modules in the admin console
- 2. Click 'New module' — give it a code (e.g. 'after-club') and a visible name
- 3. Set monthly price, capacity and validity from/to
- 4. Activate the module — it's now open for enrolment
- 5. Repeat for every offering (morning, afternoon, holiday)
In the classroom
Morning club 7–8:15
DKK 450/mo, capacity 60. Enrolment opens 1 June — waitlist from position 61.
Afternoon club until 5 pm
DKK 1,850/mo, capacity 180, valid the whole school year. The default for grades 0–3.
Holiday week
DKK 950 for the week, capacity 30, valid 1–7 July. Auto-closes after the period.
Two audiences, one tool
Set the framework once — enrolment, waitlist and invoicing pull from here. Versioning protects against retroactive price changes.
