What if a parent changes their mind after enrolling?

Parents can self-cancel up to the start date. After that the notice period applies, and the system auto-computes the correct end date.

Can we run a prioritised waitlist (e.g. siblings first)?

Yes — sibling boost is a planned admin control. Until then the secretary can manually promote a position with a reason that's stored in the audit trail.

How is shared custody handled at enrolment?

Enrolment requires confirmation from both guardians where primary custody is shared. The system notifies the other guardian and waits for consent.

Are waitlist positions public?

Parents only see their own position, never others' names — data minimisation per DPA guidance.

How to set it up
